As well as providing funding, we like to get involved in helping you to formulate strategy to drive your future business success. We can help to build your marketing plans and technical systems. We can help you internationalise your business and scale globally, (and do so profitably). We can help with your overall structure, with identifying the skills you need to get you where you want to go. We can guide you on how much it should cost, when you should expect to see a return and how quickly you can get there. We can help you to avoid the pitfalls, and if it means we have to get our hands dirty to do it then that’s ok.
We do all this based on the practical experience we gained from doing it ourselves.
We also partner with other Venture Capital and Private Equity firm to support on their investments where we can add value, in the same way we do with our own investments. We can get into the detail to ensure that plans stay on track, or get a business back on track if it’s not quite where it needs to be.
