We primarily support and invest in travel and leisure businesses. We look for businesses with strong management teams, that are growing with the potential to scale internationally.

We’ll happily look outside the travel and leisure space when we find the right team. There are five primary things we look at in all of our investments:

Great Teams

First and foremost. The founders and management teams are the cornerstone to success in any business. We want to put our money and our time into teams who have the passion and drive to excel.

Potential

The right product, combined with the right team will succeed if the market has the right potential, not just today but in the future.

Fearlessness

The courage to change, to develop, to innovate. The courage to do things a little bit differently to the next guy and a little bit differently to that way you used to do it, or the way it’s usually done.

Humility

Not everything you do will work, (we know… we’ve been there), and not everything you think will be right. Being humble enough to recognise when things can be better or when you need a helping hand is crucial.

Honesty

One of our founding principles is complete honesty and transparency. Everything we do is a partnership, and can only work when everyone works together openly.
