I made the move over to Jersey to start this venture after 10 pretty amazing years at Rentalcars. I started working with Greg and Nichola when Rentalcars was in it’s first year, and over the next 10 years, grew the marketing team from 2 to 102.

We always focused on the detail, tracking every interaction to the most granular level, and using every bit of data we had to make decisions. We didn’t always get it right, but we never stopped learning.

Seeing the way ecommerce and online marketing has evolved over the last 10 years, and being involved in a business that has ridden the wave of the changes so successfully has been exhilarating. I’ve been lucky to have had a great team of hardworking people working with me and for me, which has shown me just how important it is to have the right team to make the journey with you.

Being able to use those experiences to help businesses who want to take the same journey is an exciting proposition.
