Iglu Cruise is a leading UK cruise retailer, offering customers a wide choice of cruise holidays across major global cruise lines.

Historically rooted in a call-centre-led sales model, the business has evolved to meet changing customer behaviours and the increasing importance of digital discovery and conversion in the cruise sector.

A strong emphasis was placed on data, attribution and performance measurement to improve decision-making and commercial effectiveness, alongside support on broader commercial strategy. Beauport also played an active role in supporting deal structuring and preparation through to exit, ensuring the transformation delivered both operational impact and shareholder value.
